Robert’s Rules of Order

Current Bylaws  say that Roberts shall be used to conduct meetings.

Proposed bylaw amendment for possible adoption at the 2026 Annual Membership meeting might change that from “shall” to “may”.

Current ByLaws Article X

PARLIAMENTARY AUTHORITY

The Board may determine procedures for the conduct of business

by the Board. It may also recommend procedures for Congregational

meetings, subject to approval by the Congregation. These procedures may

include alternative decision-making processes. In the absence of alternative procedures,

an appropriate version of Roberts Rules of Order

designated by the Board shall be used to govern the conduct of business

by the Congregation in all cases for which they are applicable, and in which

they are not in conflict with Arizona Law, the Articles of Incorporation, or

these Bylaws.
