Contractor Bid Approval FORM (Draft)

This FORM is for Committees to request approval from the President and/or the Board for approval of contractor bids.

It is sent direclty to the BUU office for processing when you hit the submit button.

Official Contractor paperwork, if any, should also be turned into the office directly once this FORM has been submitted.
