1. Now is the season for recruiting as it is usually BUU’s largest attendance period.

2. There will be a Welcoming Social Meeting on Feb. 1st at 11:30 following coffee hour. The purpose will be to welcome newcomers and greet members and friends. Even those members that are relatively new are encouraged to attend. All members are encouraged to come and meet the new members.

Caring Cluster and membership work hand in hand with new members.

They met with the Caring Cluster committee and discussed a better process for how to get new members into their Caring Clusters ASAP, but still not push.

They submitted a budget request with some expanded ideas, such as an outside Kiosk.

There will be only one Membership folder on the back table during coffee.

They are collaborating on the submittal of BUU’s annual report to UUA regarding membership. of

Currently, we have 91 members who have a pledge on record at this moment.
