- DONATIONS: On-line donations are open until January 28. Items donated after that will be available at the in-person event. NOTE: If you are not able to find or offer anything, direct donations are appreciated, including “matching donors” to stimulate more donations. For more donation ideas go here.
- BIDDING: Online bidding closes February 1.
- LIVE AUCTION EVENT: to be held at the church on Sunday, February 3. Doors open 3:30 p.m. Homemade Soup Sampler Supper starts at 4 p.m. followed by a fun “LIVE” auction. TRANSPORTATION: If transportation to the dinner is an issue, please let us know <auctionbuu@gmail.com> OR if you can please volunteer to help transport someone who may need a ride, let us know.
- DINNER TICKETS: Tickets are on sale on-line through Wednesday, January 31 or at church on Sundays in January.
