Mark your calendar: Rummage + Book Sale + Chili Cook Off
Friday, November 17 through Saturday, November 18, 2023: a Rummage/Book Sale in conjunction with the Amado Chili Cook-Off. We need your donations of household items and books / DVDs/ CDs in good condition.
Saturday November 18, 2023: Suggestions: anything for kitchen, small electronics, tools, glassware, luggage, jewelry, art objects, frames, linens, Christmas decorations. Please no clothing. No furniture that can’t be easily carried.

The Chili Cookoff is a benefit for the Amado Youth Center. It gets bigger each year. There are Classic Cars, Music, Food and Craft vendors plus the competition for best chili. You pay $5 for a cup then get it refilled at each vendor then vote.
Admission/parking is usually around $3 or cans of food for food bank.
